Q: How do I place an order? A: Orders are placed directly through Whats App and confirmed via email. You will receive a contract and invoice via email after placing your order.

Q: Do you offer financing options? A: We do not provide financing, but you may explore agricultural policy-based bank loans in Ghana. Many banks offer special credit options for agricultural and transportation investments, allowing you to finance your truck purchase under favorable conditions.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We only accept bank transfers. Payment details will be provided in your invoice.

Q: Do I need to pay the full amount upfront? A: No. We have a two-stage payment system:

  • Stage 1: Secure your place with a deposit.

  • Stage 2: Complete the remaining payment before shipping.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is the estimated delivery time? A: Delivery takes approximately 60 days after the completion of Stage 2.

Q: Will I receive order updates? A: Yes, you will receive email confirmation and quick updates via Whats App.

Q: What if my order is delayed? A: We will notify you immediately and provide a revised schedule.

Q: Are the refrigerated trucks new or used? A: The trucks are used but thoroughly inspected and in excellent condition. We supply Foton trucks because they are well-suited for Ghana’s roads, offering a durable engine and the capability to handle long distances effectively.

Q: What brand of solar panels do you offer? A: We provide Trina Solar Panels, one of the world's leading brands. We only supply 585–800 max kW panels for maximum efficiency.

Q: Can I customize my truck or solar panels? A: No modifications are available at the moment, but we plan to offer customization in the future.

Q: Do you provide installation services? A: No, but we provide tutorials to help our customers become self-sufficient and save on installation costs. We are also planning a workshop.

4. Warranty & Support

Q: Do your products come with a warranty? A: We are currently negotiating warranty terms with our supplier. This FAQ will be updated once finalized.

Q: What happens if my product is damaged on arrival? A: If an issue occurs at the port, we will replace the item immediately. We order in surplus to ensure fast replacements.

5. Business Legitimacy & Trust

Q: How do I know this is a legitimate company? A: We are a legally registered business owned by a Ghanaian and operated by an African team. Our goal is to support and empower African businesses.

Q: Do you have a showroom or physical office? A: Currently, we operate remotely, but we plan to open a showroom in the future.

Q: Can I visit your office to inspect the products? A: Since we work remotely, all orders and inspections are handled by our team before shipping. However, we offer detailed photos and reports upon request.

Q: Do you have partnerships in Ghana? A: Yes, we work with local logistics and import/export companies to ensure smooth deliveries.
